i would like to have a Disney Tigger with Native Indian Headress ( or Theme ) can anyone help me where i can find someone to draw this for me??

Ask your local tattoo artist to draw the design, he is an artist after all. Plus he will know what design will work best as a tattoo. If a tattooist will not draw a design for you, he is certainly not a talented tattoo artist and should be avoided!!! custom tattoos are the way to go!!! Good luck!

Go to a tattoo parlor and have the artist draw somehting up for you. You should have pictures of the tigger that you want (pose and all) and the headress that you like....sounds cute.
