the story that goe sto the question is to long to telll but to make it short last year my ex and i were going out and i introduced them to my best friend who ended up going out with him and then he broke up with me. last weekend they got married but im not sure i can tell them congradulations cause im not sure that im happy for them what should i do?

I wouldn't say anything and wouldn't congratulate them.... let them live their life and you live yours... you will be happier ...trust me...

I agree with "just a friend" and will add to that --- by congratulating them (if you need to) you will show your supiriority of your heart and you will close the chapter of your life involving them and you will feel better in you later life....thinking that even when the situation gave you nothing you handled it with courage and selflessness. Remember you have nothing to lose here but can gain a lot to yourself by showing your supiriority of your heart to the world.

Why shouldn't you be happy for them, they are now both out of your life. I wouldn't go out of my way to congratulate them, but it the circumstances call for it why not. If nothing else, it shows them you don't care.
