I go swimming and to the gym also do water aerobics. I have lost about 1 stone and the fat over the waistband!! I think swimming is the best as it tones all of your body. Try swimming a couple of nights a week for an hour.

Increase by 25% per week. Sit ups and light weights. You can buy a set of good weights at Argos. Do the work at home with them every weekday and every other Saturday. Get yourself into exercise mode. set goals and make them achievable. So many minutes per day weights, walking and swimming. No pain, no gain.

Walk a couple of miles a day...its cheaper than going to the gym and its the best exercise you can do!
