It should be covered by your insurance if the septum is causing breathing difficulties, (obviously it's obstructed). It also depends on whether you were covered by insurance if it was caused by an accident. Check with your insurance company. I don't know about the final cost, there are too many variables, but it won't be cheap. Good luck.

Yes, must have a valid diagnosis to support surgical procedure being covered. Acute sinusitis. Depending on your ins. deductible for the year, if it's high, get all health screening procedures done this year, make it worthwhile. Call your ins. co.

It depends on if it is medically necessary. Usually, it is just a cosmetic procedure, so no, it would not be covered.
You would have to discuss cost with the cosmetic surgeon.
