It contains a dark roasted barley. Which is then malted to produce the sugars, that ferment into alcohol. As in most beers the only difference is the type of hops used, the way the barley is roasted, and yeast. The only style of beer that uses wheat are those that are called "wheat beers" unless it is used as an adjunct or preservitive.

Same as other beers: water, malted barley (in this case a higher amount of the darker roasted barley), hops, yeast.

Wheat, rice, rye, and other "adjuncts" are in a small percentage of beers and even then only as a portion of the grain bill

Wheat is not an adjunct.

Guiness (and other stouts) are usually made with roasted barley, crystal malt, British pale malt and a little hops.
