I have a crush on my neighbor and it started 4 years ago now i heard rumors across our street that my crush is moving to another house and i dont have the guts to tell him my feelings help me pls.

You are not in a relationship with your crush, and he does not know your feelings so you can't make it out like you are in a long relationship and he just broke up with you because you are not dating him. If you heard he was moving to another house down the street then found out from the person that said and can prove it. If not then you need to find out from him directly if he is moving in another house down the street and then it would be then you would tell him how you feel, and it will be no guarantee that he will feel the same or want to date you back, so whatever he says goes. Sometimes we can't get what we want and have to deal with it the best that we can.

Just stop by and tell him how sorry you are that he is moving. Make sure to get his new address and phone number and tell him that you would really love to keep in touch. He should get the picture.

I like Ben's suggestion. That's what I'd do if I really couldn't bring myself to go over to his house. But your best bet is what mingcrew had to say. Try to talk to him before he leaves. That would be your golden opportunity to wish him well while exchanging info. Who knows where it may lead!

or else tie a rakhi to another person with whom the rumours are.in front of him.

Just tell him. If he moves then it wont matter if he doesnt like you back. If he does like you back keep in touch talk on the phone, e-mail, whatever.
