I make two types of fillings one chicken and the other beef mince. The principle is the same: Fry the meat, add some onions, peppers, garlic, chilli and spicy beans then add that spicy mixture in sachets from the mexican aisle in the supermarket then you can fill the tortilla up. I also add some soured cream, guacamole and cheese in the tortilla itself right before eating it. It's one of our saturday night favourites with a nice glass of wine.

2 favourite recipes:

Chicken Fahitas: Stove top fully cook the chicken in a wok or large pan. Use boneless/skinless chicken breast that you have cut into small strips. Put aside in a bowl. Cut any color bell pepper into strips. Cut an onion into rings and seperate. Cook in the wok until tender (may need oil). Add the chicken to the wok and add teriyaki sauce. Use a THICK store bought teriyaki sauce. A lot of the cheap teriyaki sauce is pretty much just watered down soya. Serve with the usual sour cream, shredded lettace, salsa, etc.

Beef Burritos:
Fry up ground beef and a diced onion in a wok. Add mexican or taco seasoning. Make instant rice, but add Mexican spice to the water (don't use taco seasoning for the rice). Each burrito I put in some meat, rice, lettace, salsa, sour cream. Yummy!

For super quick lunch or dinner....Tortilla, top with Black Forest Ham and Shredded Cheddar or Swiss. Place under the broiler for just a minute or two. Fold up like a burrito and serve with sour cream and salsa. My daughter loves a simple salad on the side with this.

at the start, i'm SO happy to respond to a question that may not weight help appropriate :-) Secondly, you could fill tortillas with a lot of filling issues! greens like peppers, cucumbers, pickles, tomatoes, relish Low fat cheese tastes great!! And grilled rooster! great recipe: a million/2 cup grilled rooster products (little products or slices) a million/4 cup salsa a million/4 cup low fat shredded cheese a million Tbsp. low fat bitter cream Layer the tortilla with the rooster then the cheese then microwave it for 30 seconds. Then real the cheese with salsa and bitter cream. Fold over and luxuriate in:-) it is so reliable! you could make quesadillas with that recipe, too!! additionally, in case you want something not cheesy like, unfold 2 Tbsp. of peanut butter and soften for extra or less 15 seconds, then layer with banana slices and luxuriate in! Very tasty! That makes a great breakfast! provides potential for something of your day until lunch. happy Wrapping:-)

I like to use Strawberry Cream cheese, proscuitto, and swiss cheese. Spread the cream cheese, lay the proscuitto and cheese on the tortilla, roll the tortilla and slice using those cellarphane tipped toothpicks. The great thing about tortillas is that you can put anything in them like you would in between two slices of bread.

You can make burritos. By taking ground beef and seasoning it, heating it up, then add refried beans, mild taco sauce, and finally add the cheese and then when it's nice and hot put it inside the tortilla and wrap it up add some lettuce and tomatoes and there you have a delicious burrito.

i can give you one of my own mexical chilli wraps.

throw 500g diced beef into a pan and brown it. then chop up an onion and a green or red pepper. fry it all in the same pan. when browned put in some chilli powder to your liking.

you will need 2 jars of those salsa dips for dorito crisps, throw them into the pan and cook till nice and hot.

thats really it. its meant to be like a tex mex wrap. really delicious and great for all those people who like their spices
