Means "well conducted, polite", derived from the Sanskrit prefix सु (su) "good" combined with नीत (nita) "conducted". In Hindu legend this is the name of the daughter of King Anga of Bengal.

In Sanskrit, 'neetha' means niyama (rule). 'Su' means good.
Suneetha means a females who follows good rules
of tradition.

In some Indian languages, 'neetha' is a feminine form
variation for 'neethi' (conduct).
