Liquid paint application w/Bells... What's the magic number (in microamps) where an arc or fire will occur?

At 2000 volts @ 200 amps arcing will occur. mm
6000 volts @ 500Amps, 1/2 inch
6000 volts @ 3000 Amps 1 inch

Depends on the resistance energy=I^2*R. For a spark or an arc you have a very large resistance, say air resistance, the I most probably will be small micro amps!

Fires don't start because of micro amps. They start because of heat. And heat can be caused by an arc and and arc is caused by voltage.
