Funny how if someone believes in evolution, then they have an "open mind." And if someone believes in religion they have a "closed mind." I think it is quite easy to see who has the closed mind. Science as always taught that man is greater then God and they set out to prove that. And, surely, if they had all the facts like they claim to, they wouldn't be afraid of the Bible, would they? "Open minded", indeed!!!!!

Hahah! As a actual Archaeological Anthropologist I mock you. first of all. Evolution isn't asserting the well known human got here from 'monkeys'. What Evolution basically says is that ingredient is nearly a branch. the backside is the 1st mammal and then from there it chop up. however the evolution of monkeys/apes/human ingredient easily refers back to the certainty that human beings and apes have a elementary ANCESTORY. the well known chimp isn't what we are 'from'. that is purely that we've this elementary ancestor that later extra approximately 2 distinctive species.

The Bible doesn't rate as a scientific theory, nor does Intelligent Design.

If you don't trust your kids to think for themselves, you can't afford to offer more than one theory. The irony is that they will not learn to think if they are not given alternative theories.
There may also be some fear factor. I don't know any Christians who think the theory of evolution should be removed from schools. They only want to add ID. But evolutionists are adamant that kids should not be exposed to the idea of a creator. Makes you wonder, doesn't it?

ID does have a place in our schools......christian schools.
If you want to teach ID in public schools then you'd have to teach every single religious belief out there, and that would really defeat the purpose of the whole separation of state and church huh?
The reason evolution is such a mind changing theory is because it makes much more sense then we all came from one woman. Do you like thinking that you are nothing more than an inbred individual?

how can you say evolution is a worse theory, even if you dont believe in it, you surely hae to admit that is has more evidence than creation. How does creation have any scientific merit, it's a research stopper not starter.

You're full of crap if you believe that!
The only place intelligent design has in our schools is in the dumpster out back.
If you want to teach your kids that animals magically sprung from the touch of a god's hand you go right ahead, meanwhile I'll teach mine to use science to unravel how to clone us.

Evolution is science. The Bible is not science. Intelligent design is also not science. Don't you think that Science classes should teach actual science, not religion? .
