This has never happened to me before, and I haven't changed my daily skin regime. I've been putting on moisutiser, but it hasn't been helping. It's the skin under my lip, and spots are forming. I'm going to a party tonight. I'm a guy. Thanks, and please help! Looks awful and I'm embarrassed by it.

Drink lots of water, dab some Vaseline on the spots, to keep them from drying out further.

Corn Huskers lotion is the best skin moisturizer I have ever seen. Before I retired I was a cement finisher and cement dries your skin out extremely. Corn Huskers is the best. Also dove beauty bar soap is what you should us. It's made for women, but if you get the white unscented no one will know. Good Luck.

Could be the coldsore virus (herpes simplex). Try Zovirax, you can get it from the chemist - failing that use a lipbalm. Don't be kissing anyone until it clears up though.
