Hmm, if you don't even time to sleep, then I would reconsider these activities. Do you enjoy doing all of them or do you dread going to them? If you dread one of them, maybe just quit. Then you'll have more free time to work on school work and will overall be happier.

However, if you enjoy all these things, and you don't want to quit, then you need to make a schedule for yourself. Do you watch TV or do something else when you could be studying? While relaxation time is definitely important (you should set aside a half hour everyday for just you), use the time you have for work really for work. Turn off your AIM, music and TV and really focus. You'll be amazed at how these things can slow you down.

Before going to bed at night, take deep breaths and just try to relax. If you have too many things on your mind, keep a notepad and pen by your bed, and write down the things you need to remember to do the next day. Then everything is off your mind, and in a place that you'll remember. You should always go to bed with a clear mind.

Other things that help are sleepytime teas, lavender baths and yoga/meditation. Many people handle stress better when they learn to center themselves.

Overall, there's no shame in admitting that you no longer enjoy an activity and quitting. I used to dance in high school and quit the violin to put more time into my dancing. I felt guilty at first, but then realized I was so much happier without it because I hated it. I loved dancing however, and it didn't seem like work to me.

Good luck, hun. You'll make the right decision.

You ought to uncover a option to transfer the adrenalin out of your head for your ft. I endorse running on sizzling coals, or in case you reside with snow, take a 20 minute stroll/run external and not using a footwear or socks. If those 2 don't seem to be to be had, hanging your ft in a pail of ice cubes for quarter-hour whilst shaking handiest your booty works wonders. Good good fortune. I wish this helped.

No amount of planning or juggle will do any good unless you get a required amount (differs for people) quality sleep. I suggest grooving your sleep by going to bed at the exact itme every night, no matter what.
