Does that mean that you also believe that nothing(as far as morals go) is absolute, cuase everything is reletive to the individual person?
If you do believe this, have you noticed like I have, that relative morals dont work very well when it comes to the real world&when it comes to people being uninted?Becuase if everyone is making there own somewhat different morals, then nobody has the same morals, then noone agrees or agrees to a point where they can not only unite, but stay uninted;cuase eventually the different set of morals&possibly evan opposing morals will clash&that tiny bit of unity will quikly fall apart.God(Jesus)has given us morals that will work for everybody;now what exactly do ya'll find offensive about the morals God gives us?

Do you never tire of pandering this dribble?
If the bible is the only thing that you base your morals on, I feel sorry for you.

I exist whether or not i think in something. I do have faith in God, and that i've got come to the tip that he's who he isn't any count what my concept of Him could be. large question, and that i enjoyed Zappa, yet while my recommendations is going till now my physique, I nevertheless exist in spite of not being waiting to have a lucid theory. ( I do wish somebody will pull the plug till now i'm a burden, and living wills are actually not continuously respected if a family individuals member products.) I easily have under no circumstances felt the might desire to help my own existance, and that i do mean that respectfully.

Agnostic here, not quite an atheist but bear with me. :-)
I find nothing whatsoever offensive about the morals God gives (at least in the form of the parables and anecdotes in the Bible, which I will suspend my disbelief to suggest are the true words of God here for a moment), I only find it offensive when others choose to impose said morals on me when I don't want to be subject to them.
Look back at native Americans who were massacred in the name of a God, driven out of their native lands and out of whatever mythos they chose to believe in by those upholding the banner of their God. That may be righteous in the eyes of those doing the killing, but I think the dead would strongly disagree.

I don't believe everyone sets their own morals. We are taught morals by our parents, society, and laws.
It is an error of assumption that atheists just wake up one day and make up their own morals.

Uhhh stoning your children.
Stoning women who are raped.
Making raped women marry their rapists.
God is a jealous God, punishing children for the iniquity of parents, to the third and the fourth generation of those who reject him. That is pretty offensive.
'If a man has sex with a man in same way as with a woman, they have committed an abomination. They are certainly to be put to death.' That is pretty offensive.

Offensive about the morals god gives us?
Maurice...
Those morals were in place before humans even knew what a god was.
Dude... really. Use your spell checker. That's pretty bad.

The morals from the bible were not the first set of laws hun. Do some more research.
And if it wasn't for the bible are you saying that you wouldn't be a good person?

That is why we have laws: to set a societal standard. Much of the Biblical law came from the secular Code of Hammurabi.

Most of the morals in the bible are just common sense, and that's where I think they originated.

Odd, you mean different civilizations didn't have different laws or rules? You must of skipped history class once too often.
Edit: If it wasn't for the Bible you'd be off killing and stealing?

And what morals does God give us?
"Thou shalt not kill"
How many people did the Israelites kill?
"Thou shalt not steal"
Didn't Jesus steal a donkey
"Thou shalt not covet thy neighbors wife, ox, donkey"
So instead they killed them and stole their virgin daughters.
Nice morals
