I need help with sort by a certian column in excel. Everytime i do it my way it messes up my other data. How do i sort by one column with keeping all the other information in the correct order? HELP

Be sure to highlight all the columns and all the data, then sort on the desired col. Alll data will be carried correctly with the rows.

Cut the columns that you want to keep them , then sort the other(s) , and past the columns again .

Type in the data, select it, and then in the data menu, select the sort option. In the first dropdown, select the column you want your data to be sorted by, and then select how it should be sorted... (ascending, descending) That should fix your issue!!!
