C'mon guys, doesn't everyone have 2 salt shakers? What is this pepper thing you are talking about? The P is for Primary salt shaker and the S is for secondary salt shaker. Jeez, I can't understand why people don't know this.

Yes. The message is that your blood pressure is too high.
Put pepper in that one so you use half as much salt.
