I don't think so. I think any frame of time is acceptible if it's really how you feel. When i met my fiancee for the first time I knew her for about 1 week before i told her i loved her & i was lucky because she felt the same way. We've been together for 4 years now & marriage is right on the horizon for us.
If it's the way you feel you should say it, but be careful HOW you say it because if they do not feel the same it may cause some discomfort if they don't necessarily feel the same way about you. I'm sure they care about you, but they may not love you in the same way. So just be careful so you do not wind up getting hurt.

its not the time that matters..............its the love that matters
a person can even stay together fr 3-4 yrs with out loving bt it just takes a sec 2 fall in loveand some time 2 know em better so move on and give ur gray cells the thinking rtather than the time

Nope. If that is what you feel, that is what you feel. Just make sure its love & not lust. A lot of people get those confused, but if you feel it, say it. But don't get upset if your significant other doesn't say it back because they might not feel it just yet or it may take them a few days or moments to realize they do love you.
