Marmalade is wonderful! Seville orange or Meyer lemon marmalades are my favorite

Yeah, not a big fan of the marmalade. I'd be more than willing to use it in something, like a sauce, but the flavor and texture on it's own isn't very yummy.

I don't really care for it, I prefer cinnamon sugar or just butter on my toast, but my husband likes it. Marmalade does make a good glaze for chicken or Cornish hens, maybe for duck too though I haven't tried that, you just have to watch to make sure it doesn't burn.

It makes the meat taste a whole lot sweeter or juicier than when it was plain or without the mamelade.
