i had about 3/4 or 1 cup of yogurt (serving size is 1 cup=100calories)
then i added 3/4 a cup of raisin bran mixed in

after that i ate an apple

was it too much?? is so how should i be eating?

That isn't enough. You should be eating about 250 calories for breakfast. I guarantee that you will be hungry and hit the snack machine before lucnh comes around. Start out your day healthy but hearty. Try some Quaker Oatmeal and an apple. You'll be glad you did.

Well, too much for what? I mean, what you ate sounds healthy, but probably heavy on the carbs and sugars. I'm not a proponent of the low-carb fads, but I do try to keep my meals to one starchy source. Yogurt tends to have a lot of sugar, raisins and apples definitely have their share of sugar. Again, it's not UNhealthy, but it depends on what your fitness goals are. Try finding a good lean protein source like lowfat cottage cheese.

are you on a diet? It depends some food has calories, and transfat so yuu should be careful, your food sounds fine.

nope,its ok to eat as many as you want.. as long as you burn the extra calories through excerise :-)
