PROFESSIONAL PRODUCTS!!!! I used redkin products. mostly because that's what i work with and what I'm comfortable with. Go to a salon and get a treatment for your hair, they will apply a moisturizing conditioner and seat you under a dryer for around 15 minutes. Your hair will feel amazing after. But you need to have them done about every month. You cant just do it one time and fix your hair. You need to use professional shampoo and conditioner, the ones to buy at the salon, any other drug store product will coat the hair and add to your problems. Try not to wash your hair everyday and don't keep your flat iron on the highest level, if you really need to flat iron it try to keep it to a medium heat. Please go get a hair cut. If your hair is splitting then it wont stop without a trim, every six weeks. If your hair is that damage it might seem as if your length never grows even though you see roots. Getting that trim every 6 weeks will help.

The best thing is natural and herbal. You go for it as it strengthens from inside.
First of all stop doing bleach. It damages heavily to hairs.
Now second thing is to strengthen from inside. If your hair roots are damaged they need special care. We all know a plant will become healthy and green if its roots are good. Similarly for hair growth roots are important.
To strengthen roots of hair use coconut oil in night leave for entire night and in morning wash your hairs by Luke warm water. For washing use reetha ( also called as soap berries). It can be obtained in Indian stores if u are not in India. If it is not available use a gentle shampoo for dry hairs.
Do a scalp massage while oiling your hairs by the tips of fingers. Eat the foods having high iron content. You can also take good food supplements for iron available in market.( I recommend Iron Foilic by Amway)
Then comes the external part, try white of egg to give your hairs sheen. If they are heavily damaged you can use sweet curd (not yogurt). The curd contain natural butter in it. After applying leave for 10-20 Min's so that hair absorb sufficient amount of natural butter than wash them with Luke warm water and any mild shampoo as when u apply curd hairs stinks. This all you can do once a week I hope u will get results in one month.

Theres this hair serum called silk it doesnt have to be silk but it has to be something like it. its this type of serum you put in your hair so it doesnt look all damaged and fried. you put a couple drops in your hair before blow drying it takes away frizz.and makes it more healthy.

I dye my hair a lot, and i blow dry. and thats what i use and it works.

you have to go to a real sallon to get it. its kind of expensive.

You are over processing your hair this is why it is damaged. What you need to do is use a shampoo that has shampoo&conditioner in one.. (pert) that works great. Also, you should try using a good conditioner..

Pantene is good for hair like yours. It will make it shiny and soft. It has wax in it that will help weight it down.

P.S. STOP bleaching your hair!
