Evolution changes its mind (Again)
Science is theory based on evidence. That changes, and changes, and changes, and changes. So, when can we finally call it fact???

OK, people, using the theory of gravity to prove the theory of how humans evolved is like saying I saw a tree so aliens must be real, because some one saw a alien. WTF?

" J D" ...slow down, it's Ok... you don't need to defend what God has already made... I know... the "idiots" are all "out there" and "around you"... They choose not to believe... it's "their" choice... the answers have already have been written in the pages of His Word and on "their hearts"... it's up to them... Just point them to Scripture and rest in the assurance of His Word.... Romans, Chapter 1 vs. 16.
Shalom....

Never. It will never be possible to say for sure what the past held. That is just unreal to think that we can.

But it is not unusual in the history of mankind. Study the history of education in our world and look at the totally absurd things that people were taught as fact. Evolution is no different. Animals have come and gone from the earth many, many times. So is the Do-Do bird proof of anything? I'm quite sure that someone has a theory about that.

Now when the great "scholars" can tell me about the future then they will have my attention. That will never happen either.
But, even if, the theory of evolution is ever proven, what difference will that make? NONE. Whatsoever.

I'm happy to call the whole collection the Theory of Evolution. It goes nicely with the Theory of Gravity. The fact that theories are constantly reviewed based on new evidence demonstrates their validity.

A hypothesis is a tentative explanation for an observation, phenomenon, or scientific problem that can be tested by further investigation.

A fact is a statement about reality for which the evidence is so strong that to disbelieve it would be simply foolish.

A theory is "a coherent group of general propositions used as principles of explanation for a class of phenomena" [Random House American College Dictionary].

The term theory does not imply tentativeness or lack of certainty. For instance Human Sexual Reproduction is the theory that explains where babies come from.

A law is a statement describing a relationship observed to be invariable between or among phenomena for all cases in which the specified conditions are met.

Unfortunately, because of the miserable education system in the US, people graduate high school without ever learning what a scientific theory is.

Christianity is-must be -totally committed to the special creation as described in Genesis, and Christianity must fight with all its full might, against the theory of evolution … It becomes clear now that the whole justification of Jesus’ life and death is predicated on the existence of Adam and the forbidden fruit he and Eve ate. Without the original sin, who needs to be redeemed? Without Adam’s fall into a life of constant sin terminated by death, what purpose is there to Christianity? None.’

There are two beliefs. One is that everything came from nothing and just keeps on changing. That makes nothing or no one of any importance. You can't even be sure of what part of the evolution process you are in. And you can't know if your mind is even thinking correctly because you are just randomly here.

The other is, God created everything. He has a special plan with a direct purpose and He loves us.

Life evolves. That is fact. Theory plays a role in the "how."

Seriously look up "misunderstanding about evolution" on Wikipedia...Your questions on there.

Thats really stupid.
The THEORY of relativity makes it possible to harness nuclear power, the THEORY of gravity explains why your not floating around, quantum THEORY allows us to build computers......
Bacause we call it a theory doesn't imply were not sure about it or are guessing.
