Can a man ever move past just a sexual relationship with a woman to something more, or is it always a dead end

okay well let me add to it. I have been in a "relationship" per say with a guy for 4 years now. It has been mainly sex as he does not commit to me. I want more and he knows this. But in his defense, we have had issues. Both of us are set in our ways and power struggle. I am not the easiest person to deal with. He has been with other woman, but i have his dick per say because he does not stay with any other woman like me. I know this, its not an ego thing. I am honestly trying to find out if he will ever maybe just maybe see me as more then sex? He continues to dela with me even when i mess up, when he very well could get sex somewhere else and i know he can. Also we do other things besides sex and i was loyal and here for him when he got himself in to a situation that no one including his parents was there for him. Another words we do have history and i know he knows that i am a good woman. But he still tells me he does not want a relationship and that we are having sex.

Well, I think a man and a women should have an emotional relationship BEFORE they have a sexual one. However, some men can look past just the @$$ and other sexuaklly attractive parts of a women to see what she is really all about. it just depends on how lucky you are and if you find the right guy.
