Why avoid murder or war if you already think a god has absolved you? Rape, pillage, repent. Repeat.

It's not supposed to be an excuse, but some people use it that way.

I apologize for them. They give the rest of us who are really trying a bad name.

That is not how it works. We are called to try to live a good life. But, we all fall short of the glory of God!
Why you you think you could rape someone just because God will forgive you! See, when you get saved, God changes your heart. You do not desire to sin. Sin happens, no one is perfect. But, if your heart is SO impure that you think it is okay to rape and pillage, you need to have a serious talk with GOD!

It is not like that, God sees the heart of man and knows all our sins and knows if we have truelly repented, murder is wrong, but justice calls for some that break the law to be put to death (that is NOT murder, that is justice). War is wrong, but it is sometimes nessecery to destroy evil, and help the innocent, rape, theift, adutelry, blasphemy, idoltry, homosexuality, lying, witchcraft, murder, hate (of sinners, not of sin, if you hate sin that is good), cowareness and not believing in God are all sins and if you do not truelly repent of them then you will not enter into the kingdom of heaven.

No religion is not an excuse to do anything you want. Where did you get that from? Cant get absolution unless you seek forgiveness. And you have to be sincere and repent and turn from sin. If one continues committing the same sin over and over, that means you were not sincere when you sought forgiveness the first time.

No, When you murder someone you won't be forgiven unless the person you murdered forgives you. Good luck with that. Besides with that attitude you miss out on many blessings God has for you. Besides repentance isn't true repentance unless you resolve not to do it again. And you re sorry. Truly sorry.

It shouldn't be, that way. The Bible says that once we repent of our sins we are to live in a way that is to honor and glorify the Lord.

religion is a social event in which you can find yourself spiritually by the connection with others. You should come to a religion to change your life, but oftentimes many are just trying to feel better about their sinful ways.

Because a true Christian will be identified by their works. If works do not flow out of being a Christian, they were never truly a Christian to start with.
