Sometimes a headache means a drop in sugar levels...I find a long cold glass of lemonade helps.
It could also be a sign of tiredness so a short nap is all that is called for.
If you have been in a stuffy atmosphere just a walk in the fresh air is all that`s needed.
I also get a headach when I haven`t eaten for a long time and a good meal will help.
You have to take a note of when you get the headach and deal with it accordingly.

4HEAD, its brilliant, i suffer from stress headaches and practically live off the stuff. U can get it from boots, superdrugs, tesco's etc, some places even have their own brand but personally i would rather pay a pound more (its £5) and no its gonna work. It does get REALLY cold though, so don't worry when you suddenly go, **** what was that . It goes cold, then tingles and then your headache is gone, i don't know know how well it'll work on migraines though if thats what you've got. Hope it works!

Have you tried crystal therapy? I had a starter set for Christmas and even my boyfriend found it useful for pain (and here's extremely sceptical about anything thats not medical!). Have a look on the 'net for some more info, but off the top of my head I think it's a quartz or rose quartz thats used for headaches.

Drink lots of water, you may be dehydrated. On the other hand you may not so go to sleep and sleep of the headache.
If that does not work, take a pill.

Lack of required amount of protein may cause of headache,
Desire of sex may also be,
Any unexpected situation, man or woman or any undesired
thinking may be the cause.
Think your self to eliminate the real cause.
And take necessary action.

Head outside for a bit, getting fresh air in always helps me. And a cold flannel on your head while you lay in a darkened room. Take your pick! :O) xx

Go get some fresh air exercise. Jogging sometimes clears my head. Have a cup of coffee.

I've been told (though I have yet to prove it to myself as I always reach for the ibuprophen) that massaging the tips of your thumbs is supposed to help. Quite why, I don't know.
