k so looking at some responses one i found interesting was do hindus say anything christians have not already said? its amazing how idiotic some people are. Uh hindus were there years before christians, and have different ideals than the ignorant christians. you cannot have a relationship with god because he created earth, but does not intervene. u christians are full of ****.

christians are indeed ignorant, but no more so than any other religious type...its just that in christianity, ignorance is mandated by scripture...i dont know the exact verse, but paul warns his flock to ignore the facts and evidence presented to their senses, presumably so that they can continue to believe in such ridiculous events as virgin births, raising the dead, resurrection and other impossible tripe and nonsense.

Some Christains might be ignorant. You might get the odd idiot, but most are kind and peaceful people. Same with Hindus. I do not belong to one or the other. I like to be open to all religions, customs, and spiritual out looks. Perhaps you should talk to the individual person who bothered you, instead of making a public announcement. It could create hatred and is not good.
You are like a warrior and have a fire heart but maybe the best way to convience people is to be peaceful. People are drawn to happy people. You sound very mad and unhappy. Maybe if you ask glad questions and focus on good thoughts it would help out far more, than a negative verbal battle. Your mind will be more at peace. Some times Anger is a release, it is good at times. I get angry at times too.

When u put up this question u should be ready for all kinds of answers.
Now after u have asked, then pls try to know abt how it came into exists. and in your heart compare it with ur own religion and u might feel the truth blow ur mind.
But wait dont be duped by this "truth" it can be a modification of many human minds. And then try to know abt Islam as it is only religion which gives man and woman both equal rights. And the verses from the Holy Kor'an has never been modified by humans. There are many more facts which were revealed in the 6th century by the Holy Kor'an and many of them are scientefict facts.

There are some that theorize that in the time when there is no record of Jesus' activities (from about age 12 to age 33) he was introduced to Hindu philosophy. The rational is that this changed the message from a God of vengeance to a God of love. There is no proof but it is an interesting theory considering that Buddha predated Jesus by about 500 years.

Where do you get that from?
With all due respect, the writings of the Bible ARE older than the writings of Hinduism. The oldest Hindu writings date back to around 1700-1100 BC, while events in the Bible date back at LEAST to 2000 BC.
While the teachings of Christ are considerably more recent, other than the messages of love, there is NO similarity.

Ignorance comes in when a preacher says "I believe".........
People tend to forget he's opinionated not preaching from the bible.
They took god's name out of the bible.
They make people think the soul is the spirit.
They send everyone to Heaven.
They think hell is a place of torment
They barely know what the bible says, yet they defend their errors.
They know more about someone Else's religion than those who visit them do.
And I could go on, but won't. You all know me by now!

We aren't ignorant. And I haven't seen or heard any Hindus talking about a personal relationship with Jesus.

Really? hindus say that the only way to heaven is to repent of your sins and trust in Jesus as Lord and Savior, do they say there is only ONE God, and that He made us and gave us a Law that we broke and then came down from heaven to die for our sins so that we may not be eternally damned? Does it say that we can have a relationship with the God of creation? No, then hindu is not the same as truth (a.k.a. Christianity)
