Don't tell him, at least not directly. The male ego is VERY fragile. If you bust out with, "Hey, you really need to brush up on your skillz here," his little friend is gonna pack up and go home.
Best bet: tell him a little white lie, and get him pointed in the right direction. When he's doing something you don't like (or you know how it's done better, you little devil, you), tell him (in your most seductive whisper), "Hey honey, that's fantastic, but what would really knock my socks off is if you would do ____."
If he needs further "assistance," don't be afraid to give it to him. Most women are afraid they'll sound like air-traffic controllers, but that's a bunch of crap. In reality, men want to please, and they don't mind being told what to do.
When he gets it right, let him know, and for Pete's sake, come right out and say it. Men aren't good at reading nonverbal communications. Plus, if you're "loud" (and SINCERE about being loud) it's a huge turn-on.
"A little to the left . . . up . . . down . . . there you go . . . ow, be gentle, not so rough, I'm sensitive . . . harder . . . softer . . . faster . . . slower . . . there you go . . . that's it . . . thaaaat's it . . . THAAAAAAAAT'S IT . . . OH DEAR GOD IN HEAVEN, HERE IT COMES . . ." Then, *ka-POW* you're in business.

I think that you should ask him how he likes you to do things to him, hopefully that will open a dialouge and he will ask you the same things.
If he is dense you may have to take a more direct approach. You can tell him that your playing a game and that he has to do whatever you say exactly how you say it. The more you like it the more points he gets-- then devise a prize for him once he gets so many points...just a suggestion. And good luck!

Just tell him straight up. Guys love direction. Also take his fingers and put them wherever you want them.

u do some studying urself and show him. u dont have to tell him he sucks. he will only take it offensivly. just learn some new tricks/positions and show him.
