Are you using a people baby shampoo? I would stay away from that, dog's skin are differently balanced, etc and so their shampoo needs to be differently formulated. I would suggest talking to the vet and getting a super gentle shampoo from them.
We also give our malt vitamin e oil (1 tab of 200 IU a day) on the recommendation of the veterinary dermatologist. Seems to be helping.
You might also want to investigate the possibilty of a food allergy, try changing her food to a higher quality hypoallergenic food (most better dog food brands make one or two) and do that for 12 weeks (thats how long it can take to really show) see if it helps.
If it persists, I would recommend seeing a vet who specializes in skin problems or is at least well versed in them.
Best of luck.

If you’ve found a shampoo that seems to work for your dog, use it only often enough that it keeps your dog clean and at the same time allows her normal skin oils to be present. Healthy skin should be dry but not flaky, pliable, and possessing a slightly oily feel, and the hair coat should have lustrous sheen.
Note: Shampoos that contain oat extracts seem to be the most universally soothing, but sometimes they contain additives that are irritating – scents, preservatives, and other things that don’t need to be included. So, even oat-based products should be spot-tested first.

check out her diet.
its probably an allergy to wheat, soy, and beef. llasas have horrible allergies ESPECIALLY if they are pure breed. i would recomened putting her on a food that has lots of omega fatty acids, no by-products, fillers, artificial colors, preservatives, flavoruings, that has organic meat meal as the first ingredient...this leaves only a few choices, but it will come along handy in the long run instead of going to the vet and buying 50 dollar dog food bags that last a week. eagle pack is what i fed mine...she was doing great. she passed away a couple years ago... but i switched all my animals to that. also other brands like wellness and maybe canidae ( not too sure on that one tho) will help out.
oh and as far aw shampoo goes...buy a brand that contains NO laurel sulphate. earth bath has really great products for that.

Sounds like she is allergic to something. Derm Caps ES will help with dry skin but if this is new I'd check with her vet. Also a lot of dogs have skin problems after eating people food, something about the preservative's cause skin allergies. Hope this helped.

what are you feeding her? alot of dogs are allergic to the wheat and corn fillers that are in the low grade dog foods. PRO PLAN and WELLNESS both put out awesome foods for sensitive skin. how often are you bathing her? more than once every 6-8 weeks you could be drying her out. use a shampoo with lanolin or aloe. and the more often you brush her the more you'll encourage her natural oils to do what they're intended to do. i had a border x that was all white with pink skin. after spending hundreds on allergy tests i found out that he was allergic to the preservatives in people food, pine, grass, dirt, sun and fleas. of course i found this out after i had a kennel put up under a pine tree on the grass. my vet explained that dogs with pink skin are more susceptible to these kinds of allergines.
