Good news; hair grows a little faster in the warmer months. Any woman past the age of oh, about twelve, I think, can empathize with you over your bad hair cut. The key here is "fake it until you can make it." Don't let on to everyone how much you hate it. Just put in some product, wear a cute new hairband, put on your best shade of lip gloss, and pretend you love it. Drink water and eat right to help it grow back pretty and healthy. A word of wisdom: Look for a new hairdresser in the meantime.

It'll take a good month+ for it to grow out. My hair dresser did that to me once and I was devastated. I relied on a head band until my bangs grew a little bit longer. For the layers, I straightened my hair and just barely curled them under.

Give yourself a few days to get use to your new hair. Play around with it and figure out which way you like it styled best. It will take at least a month for you to notice and hair growth.

It's probably a pretty drastic change for you right now, but it might "grow" on you (no pun intended) in a few days.

I have had that happen to me before. I wanted to cry too! : (
Don't go back to that hair dresser.
I take biotin to make my hair grow and it really works! Biotinis from the b-vitamin family. You could also get some vitamins for hair skin and nails. (biotin is and ingredient in the hair skin and nail vitamins) You can find them at any drug store and they are by the multi-vitamins.
Good luck with your new hair! When that happened to me, I wore my hair up in a clip for about a month. : (

I hope you didn't pay her. I wouldn't have. If you are not
happy with what she did, why should you pay?? Anyway:
I suggest the Garnier Fructis Long & Strong hair Products.
They work very well. My daughter used them for 1 year
and is very happy with the results.
