WHAT JOBS in the Army that do not have to go to the frontline?
Or is there a defense job in the army not the coast guard!

If you don't want to be a soldier, why would you enlist in the ARMY. Because you like the uniforms?

listen up, buddy. why are you even afraid of going to iraq? are you afraid you'll miss your mommy and daddy too much? well, you're not the only person in the military who has a family. some of the men and women over in iraq, never get to come home to their families. because they died. do you understand the concept of death? I hope you do. and there is no job in the army that won't send to iraq..and don't join just cuz you think it will be cool. join because you have a passion, and you feel the call of your country calling to you. and join because you know that no matter what, you'll be serving your country with pride, and honor, and selflessness. among other things as well...but, I'll go now...

If you are not willing to deploy wherever and whenever you are needed, than do NOT enlist.
ALL jobs have the potential to end up in the Sandbox. No such thing as a frontline anymore. Shoshana Johnson was a cook.. she was a POW. Lori Piestawa was a mechanic.. she was killed.

Your goal should be to serve your country to the best of your ability. Honorably and well. Let God take care of the Frontlines or not.

Pretty much every job can and will serve overseas.
Even X-ray techs. They got these trailer hospitals called depmeds they are deployed in Iraq, Kuwait, Afghanistan, Pakistan.

Get an intel job that requires a Top Secret security clearance. They'll keep you in the rear with the gear.
