I work out about 3 times a week. But I know most people don't work out at all. But I was wondering, on average, how often people exercise? Something tells me the percentage is really small. And I mean, not just the gym rats. People who don't exercise regularly. Does anyone know?

Without taking a poll (which I guess you are doing albeit unscientifically), you won't get a solid answer. I can tell you that it is recommended you exercise for 45-90 minutes each day that you choose to exercise. Any more than that you are just spinning your wheels. Less than that can be okay, depending on what you are doing. 30 minutes of high intensity exercise can be beneficial, but it's easier to get burned out. Three days a week is probably the minimum I would recommend, and six as a maximum. Anywhere in between you are probably doing very well on average.

in our town about 5% go to our gym, well something like that. I've just started and I go 3 times a week. Not many people exercise, I don't think they realise how important it is.

I cycle 2 miles to work every day and 2 miles home (Uphill) I do Yoga 2-4 times a week.

well, since i'm a student, homewwork takes up a lot of time and it is very hard for high schoolers to fit in exercise. but i still fot in some crunches but i do a little bit. i don't think ppl have time to exercise.ppl who do are really healthy and shows they care about their health

I work out about the same really - i alternate the gym with light jogging cos i get bored.
But i dont know about anyone else?

three times a week 45 min cardio and 30 mins toning. plus swimming sport and walking 3miles a day.

I think you answered the question yourself..I think the majority of people do not exercise at all.
