About a month ago hard rain leak in kitchen at ceiling light. Dried out, everything seemed fine. More rain last night, circuit blew and will not go back on. Any ideas would be helpful. Disconnected everything that is attached to this circuit.

Pull the breaker and check for damage. It may have shorted and needs replacing. You may have to take it to a shop.
Fix the damned roof leak.

May have a short at ceiling light. The leak caused a short and now bare wires are touching.Plus what the other guy said.

You either have a bad breaker or water has pooled somewhere and is causing your short. Fix the leak first.
