yeah its true, since is just bullshit, rite? we were all came from ribs. DO YOU ATTEND SCHOOL? if we all start talking rediculous things like christians do, then we wont be able to progress via science. and yes we do evolve from some lifeform whether it be apes.

drama for your mama on this topic boy. whew. I think that everyone's opinion has some measure of truth in it because the translation of the word of God has been manipulated many times over. Science also indicated that we have evolved from "apes". I guess what you believe is all up to your upbringing. What i don't understand is why does everyone criticize what the Christians believe when ALL religions have issues. Take the Muslims for eg. they believe that if they fight the holy war they will go to heaven, the Hindus worship so many statues as their "Gods" not to mention Snakes etc. What's up with the Christian bashing?

I believe it because I have faith in the Lord, my God, and His power to keep His Holy Word from corruption.

I can guarantee you haven't seen that happen with your own eyes. I can guarantee that you haven't even personally done any research to contribute to that theory. But people have fed you that belief, and you bought into it.

I see that as no different from believing in the power of God and even that the first woman was formed from Adam's rib. It's just a different brand of myth.

The words I'm seeing in Genesis about the creation of man and woman were printed out by a human publisher in a book in front of me.

I have no reason to believe that a god made this happen, nor do I have faith in such. The Bible is full of excellent parables and anecdotes but I can't take these to be a verbatim statement from the mouth of God.

Humans are capable of corruption and I would sooner take the word of God if he/she/it spoke to me directly than the word of someone who's had a chance to manipulate that truth in print.

Edit: Ex Head have you been smoking too much of your icon? I have seen no reference whatsoever to deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) anywhere in the scripture. Please provide this "evidence".

It was NOT a RIB. It was Adam's DNA, Please read with Understanding. Please get a Strong's Concordance and take the Word of God BACK to the Original Languages to get the Correct meaning of them. God created man on the 6th day, rested the 7th, THEN created the Garden of Eden, created Adam, THEN took his DNA and *made* Eve. God did not have a Tiller of the soil. It is ALL in Genesis. Once again, PLEASE read with understanding.
