Go to the salon, its their fault if they are selling dodgy straightners. If they are faulty they should replace them for you no problem, but will be helpfull if you have the receipt and a guarentee. Good Luck :)

I had the same problem with my GHD's.If there under 12 months old there covered under warranty so they should replace them for you.The salon I bought mine from had closed down so I rang the manufacturer... They told me to send my the broken ones back and replaced them for me without question....good luck!!

take them back to the salon and ask for a replacement. you dont say what is actually wrong with them? straighteners can damage your hair if used every day. yes. but used with the heat protection spray it should be fine...ive never heard of any salons stopping using them!

I don't think you can return it or ask for a replacement. You would have to still have the box and probably the receipt. I think it's probably been too long for a return/exchange anyway. Go to any store and get a ceramic straightner. A conair or revlon brand is pretty good.

You could simply ask for a replacement - although I have stopped using them as they did damage my hair, even the salon where Inow go wont use any.

Go to the place where you bought them first. They will tell you what to do.
