Friends I`m in a very embarassing situation and your advice would be most welcome....
I`m shy and very afraid to be nude in front of my guy (my future husband)...I just cannot.. I`m more afraid than shy....(I think sometimes it may be if he will like my body and stuff like that)Sometimes i feel so helpless that i may burst into tears....He showed me himself nude but when he asks to see me naked i always post it to later and he is dissapointed....I really want to please him...
Many years ago i went nude in front of my ex without shyness and fear but we got separated and he is now married.... And Each time when i begin to undress infront of my boyfriend ,I think of my ex....like a flashback of me going nude infront of my ex (married) which makes me feel very bad..
Please, Please, Please Help me out I love him..but i just cannot be nude infront of him... Genuine answers please

JUST DO IT! Even if it bothers you, just do it.....you'll eventually get used to it again.

Most people are usually shy about getting naked infront of someone, even if it was someone they were going to marry. Maybe if you tgold him what was going on, he would understand. One way to think about getting naked is to think that you are about to get into the shower, but all you are doing is undressing infront of one person, not the whole world.

There could be something about your body that is making you feel inferior. If it is something you can change, like weight loss or weight gain, then do it. If this is not the case, just start exposing yourself slowly. You might want to start with a night gown that is revealing of your body. This way you are not really naked but he can see most of you. Start this way and build your confidence as you continue to wear even more revealing nighties. Hope this idea will help you.

the best thing is to just do it. Once you see that nothing bad will happen you will be more comfortable. Maybe you can start little by little. Maybe one day take off your shirt with your bra on. maybe anther day take your pants off with your panties still on. then another take take your shirt and bra off etc until one day you are totally naked. Take baby steps That might work. I suggest just go for it full blast. Haven't you ever head of the term when you fall off the horse you have to get back on.

whats the big deal with "you think he might get angry because you got nude for your ex"....your now bf won't be the last guy to see you nakid I'm sure. Just drop your towel and let him have it...if he says something stupid head butt him! Good Luck

You need to go into therapy, it can help you. You should also not get married to anyone until the therapy has helped you get over your issue, because it would be unfair to marry someone and make them have to deal with that kind of issue.

Just show off a little at a time. Start with taking off your top. Then after a while, take of our bra, then put your bra and top back on and start with your slacks and lower your panties a little at a time maybe in the back first.
You could start by putting a robe on without anything under it and then let him rub you under the robe without seeing you naked and then gradually warm up to having new parts uncovered one at a time.

My Friend I thivk that is what is called concience coz you know it is wrong to do that before you guys are married coz you can't be nude for him and then just like that put your clothes on. something will happen. Yu are saying you future husband right? What were yu saying when yu were getting nude for your ex. yu probably thought he was your future husband. yu better stop getting nude for everyone and wait for the real husband otherwise all guys will end up knowing "yu" and your body wont be so valuable when they all know about it.

gurl stop being scared all the time, he is your boufriend not your ex husband. if he really loves you hell be content on what you have, and i assure you he wont have any freaky reactions, move on with the past gurl..
