I was asked to write a palanca for someone, but I've never done it before. I never even heard of one until just recently! Can anyone give me some guidelines? Also, please suggest some encouraging Scripture(s) to use. Thank you!

Hi, I know that Palanca is an important part of the Cursillo movement and means to give a little lift to the reciever, you should just write a reasuring few lines to boost thier confidence and enclose a little verse or prayer card for them, it also helps to make the letter colorful by using coloured pens (felt-tips) to make the words stand out, and also you can draw things like a rainbow or a smiley face etc.
