Start eating properly !! You have a vitamin B deficiency. I suggest that you go the chemist and ask the pharmacist to recommend a good quality brand of multiv B complex supplements (tablets) for you to buy. Don't buy synthetic vitamins (the cheap and nasty ones) as they are very hard to digest.

Do you also have sore lips, mouth, tongue, cracked and splitting skin around your fingernails and grainy and sandy feeling eyes? You probably also have elimination problems?? The legumes (peas, beans and lentils) will fix that, plus loads of pure water.

You need to eat more rich in vitamin B6 and B2, maybe even B12 !!

B2 - peas, beans, lentils, green vegies, fish, eggs, yoghurt and cheese

B6 - whole grains, organ meats, wheat germ, peas, beans, lentils, green leafy vegies and meat.

B12 - Organ meats, fish and pork, eggs, cheese, milk and milk products.

If you choose to follow my advice you'll be very pleased you did as you will get release from your symptoms within a day or so. In actual fact, you should feel some degree of almost immediate improvement.

Please try to take better care of yourself. You need to at the very least go get the Bcomplex vitamin tablets....... :0)

PEACE & LIGHT

I have the same issue. I don't drink or smoke. I don't have a vitamin deficiency either. I have a specific medical issue which requires specific medication. It is also further aggravated by the change in barometric pressure in the weather.

Don't use over the counter stuff - frequent/long term use has been proven to be damaging to the eyes. I tried to "fix" the red eyes by myself and ended up screwing them up and requiring surgery. My eyes will now be a permanent problem for the rest of my life.

See an eye doctor. Period. End of discussion. Make sure your issues do not have a medical reason before you do some damage you can't fix.

If medical coverage is an issue, notify your clinic. 90% will set up payment plans. My clinic has a specific type of medical assistance that one can apply for. If approved, it covers any treatment done at that specific clinic only.

I can't stress enough - see an eye doctor. Not your normal physician. My physician didn't see an issue til it was to late and I needed surgery.

There are many rats that are white with red eyes at the pet shop near my place. I rear many of those It isn't an albino, their life span is the same. I keep hamsters too. A red eye hamster is common, just more expensive. I have never come across a albino one, but i am sure that it isn't, if not, there will be so many special rats in my cage now

Stop partying so much and get some sleep. In the mean time, "Clear Eyes " will help.

go to the eye doctor. You may have some kind of infection or something. It could be as simple as needing glasses or a contact got stuck up somewhere if you use those.
