No easy way. they hymen can be ruptured through trampolining, acrobatics, horse-riding, use of "toys" and so on.

As for "asking her", I am guessing you were after proof as opposed to taking someone's word for it.

Certainly IF the hymen is intact - then unless it has be re-constructed (used to do it many years ago so punters would think they had deflowered some young lass), then she has not been "penetrated" - at least there.

Well If your penis has a hard time going in and there is blood from her afterwards, and she told you it hurt, or hurts depending when she told you. Most likly shes a virgin!!!

Apart from girl honesty telling you. A doctor could examine her hymen which is the skin that breaks during sexual intercourse- this may have already broken mind you if she does gymnastics.
