Do you mean you did heavy petting 3 times and she won't have sex with you, or do you mean you have had sex 3 times and you still feel like a virgin?
If you had intercourse, you are no longer a virgin, no matter how you feel about it. And if she won't go all the way yet, don't force the issue, she will when she is ready, not when you are. If you can't live with that, then find someone else to date.
