It may be nothing but parrots get sick very quickly so you should ring vet just in case.
I hope if ok . I had a problem last week when I left oven on and was worried about mine. over heating etc. I got some very good advice off this site.

Well I know it's a different bird but - I have cockatiels and I was advised to give one of them some MAALOX or Pepto Bismol - just a small amount until it clears up - I am talking about a drop for a cockatiel, so I suppose two or three for a big parrot.

Maalox (or a dirivitive) can be bought from a chemist for about £1.50 - it is an antacid control and helps to line the crop as well.

If it continues for more than 24 hrs - go to a vet - it might be more serious.

poor Polly

take him to your nearest vet
( avian specialist if possible )

You did not say, how old the parrot is
( they have a very long lifespan, 80---100 years)

OR its sex ( possibly have an impacted egg )

it could be any number on things
we cannot speculate here, as to what is wrong ...

Diarrhoea in any bird ,is a serious sign.

Get it checked out, as soon as possible

when the vet ,has diagnosed ,
exactly what the problem is

He /she , will be able to medicate your parrot'
and hopefully,cure him ,

Let us know how he gets on

There are many underlying causes that can give a bird diarrhea. Without any information about other symptoms, no one can give you a diagnosis.

You need to take your bird to the vet. If it has diarrhea, it is sick and it might be serious.
