Ok, so, I was having a problem staying on a diet and remaining active. So, as many people struggling to lose weight I have tried every diet imaginable!!
But, all along I have had WW info that I bought through an e-book salesperson.
I have had luck so far.
Any recommedation for WW?

i had my first WI last night and i lost 5.8 lbs!! woo hoo! the plan works if you do it! it's GREAT!!!!!

in 2 months I have lost over 8lbs without even exercising, just the weight watcher flex plan (who knows what i would loose with the exercise)....I would say....drink the recommended water, don't intake too much salt (recommended salt), take in the recommended points (don't go under), stay moving even if you don't exercise, eat more fruits and veggies instead of bad stuff/fatty stuff...eat your dairy.... reward yourself when you loose, but not necessarily w/ food, don't feel bad if you gain, you can gain if you gain muscle mass....
stay positive.... ask questions....
