Okay I have been exercising like crazy for sometime. I increase I workouts when it seems to easy. I watch what I eat. I don't eat junk. And I drink just water. Maybe milk sometimes. But I feel like the weight should be coming off faster than it is. I think that I may be pregnant. I am going to get a test after work. Could this be the reason that I'm not loosing the weight like I should be? If I am pregnant I would only be about 6 weeks. My periods are irregular so that is why I haven't tested yet.

It is possible. Also when you work out alot your body holds on to the fat because it thinks its starving. So have many a couple grapes or something before working out.

No, some women have been known to lose weight while pregnant so do not bank on that why you are not losing weight. After you determine that you are not pregnant, you may just want to speak to a trainer and see how you can maximize your work outs for fat burning.

Both a possible pregnancy (I didn't know I was pregnant until I was almost 4 months along my periods were so crazy) and the possibility that your hormones are screwed up (another reason for crazy periods) can make it tough to lose weight.

It's good that you're not losing weight too quickly. It means that fat is being replaced by muscle, which is denser and heavier than fat.
Frequently a better guage than the scale is a tape measure to see if you are down sizing.
