Provided there are no circumstances you have not included, her tax will be $425. If her withholding is greater than that amount she will have a refund. If it is less she will owe.

No, she'll owe some tax on her earnings over $5150. If she had more withheld for federal income taxes than she owes, then she'll get the rest refunded to her.

No, she probably will not get all of her taxes back. She can get the standard deduction and have to pay taxes on the rest of it or she can write off for various things that she is legally allowed to write off. The only way she gets them all back is if her deductions match her income.
