Just sew 2 sheets together with a zipper or buttons at one end !!

Ditto Lucy. They both have to be the top sheet however, you can't sew a fitted sheet to a flat sheet. If it's a twin bed, use twin sheets. Double bed, double sheets, etc.

i don't know what you are looking for, but i think you can find inspiration looking at chiyogami designs. chiyogami is a paper used in origami; they usually have intricate beautiful designs.
