Assuming you mean the Christian God than probably not. God is said to be omnipotent, omniscient and omnipresent, which basically mean that God is all loving, all knowing and ever present. So if God's time is spent loving everyone, knowing and seeing everything then God probably wouldn't have the time to be lonely!!! And pardon me for not using the word "He" but I've never met God and I'm pretty sure it could be a woman.
