I grew up in a violent household, my dad was an alcoholic. Alcohol gives people liquid muscles. Have you asked her to go to AA meetings? Maybe you all as a family could encourage her to sober up. Your family will suffer from her abuse. She needs intervention. I know you love her, she just needs someone to open her eyes up.

Since you and your sister are both getting pretty old, you can move on and will not have to listen to your alcoholic mother carry on.
Since your on probation, you must have done something pretty rotten in your own time. Just deal with it and when you get the chance. Move out.

It sounds like you did the right thing. I wouldn't worry about it unless you mom starts to make a fuss about it. If she does, then get your dad to explain the situation to the parole officer if necessary.

If you keep your mouth shut, and no one else tells your PO, he won't know about it. If he does find out, then tell him that you were embarassed for your mother, but didn't want to be present if the police were called, so as to avoid any trouble.

No, you wont. Because the only reason you left was because you did it for your safely. In which you did good. My friend was in a similar case, and they did call him to court but it was for a reasonable cause. Don't worry, GOOD LUCK

The key word is "reasonable". You and your sister did the right thing.
Take care of yourself and be safe
