Don't take one--they bloat your stomach and have potentially harmful side effects.

Try just cutting back on some foods--take the energy and STOP yourself from eating. Keep a rubber band on your wrist and snap it each time you think you want food.

By just taking a pill you aren't fixing the problem. In other words, the boat is sinking but you just want to put in a $2 plug. Figure out WHY you overeat, don't just run to the pill.

Also, EXERCISE. Nothing is going to fall off if you don't exercise.

You really dont need a appetite suppressant, you just need to eat at regular intervals to keep your blood sugar up. You get tired at the end of the day because its probably been a while since you have eaten and you blood sugar levels drop and the body doesnt want to move. I think the recommendation is 5-6 small meals a day and have a larger lunch and a smaller dinner. Also you want to be eating LOW GI (Glycemic Index - not sure of the spelling) because it releases the sugars slower there by levelling out your blood sugar. Google GI foods and you should find a list. If you do all this than you should be able to muster up the energy to work out. Good Luck

Try a snack while at work, I eat 1 or 2 cups of yogurt and I add some high fiber cereal to it to give it substance. Low fat yogurt has less then 100 calories, as a snack about every 3 hours works great. The fiber fills you up, the yogurt is sweet , chewing with the cereal satisfies the body's need to chew. I drink green tea all day, allowing myself one diet soda, also lots of water. If you cant stand Green tea mix it with your favorite juice, yummy. Green tea is an appetite suppressant and is loaded with antioxidants, which your body needs anyway, plus you get vitamins from the juice. Make sure it is 100% juice, I use frozen and add 3 cans of tea (I make at home) instead of water. Also they have green raspberry tea very tasty. The trick to not getting hungry is to eat. So snack throughout the day on healthy foods. As your driving home, grab a protein bar and your favorite caffeinated beverage, studies show that drinking a caffeinated drink 30 mins prior to your workout allows your body to work harder/longer as it prevents the muscles from becoming tired as fast. Snack on dried fruits and eat a banana each day to help with muscle cramps. Any food/snack will give your body energy to last the day, diet pills wont fuel your body and your body needs fuel to burn fat an tone muscles. GL :) P.S. It takes the body about 4 hours to digest food and empty the tummy. Of course I speak of a regular sized meal, not that fast food junk witch is loadded with fat and grease and junk your body can SOOOOO "live" without. I never eat and I mean NEVER eat fast food. It's a heart attack waitting to happen :)

For as much as I hate hate hate Peanut Butter, I eat it just for the energy boost I need to get me through the day. As for an appetite supressent, you'll eat less if you drink a huge glass of water before each meal ;)

For more energy eat raw fruits and vegetables and drink a lot of water. It wil help to remove junk from your body and lose fat. You are probably tired because you need more water.
