The message reads:-
Windows cannot find '"C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Folders\lbm 00001.exe"'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again. To search for a file click the Start button, and then click search.
That's the message word for word. The thing is I haven't searched for anything.
Can anyone help?

run the following two menus of ccleaner, that should solve your problem
cleaner > Analyze > Run Cleaner
issues > Scan For Issues > Fix Selected Issues

Some Startup program is looking for that file AND Windows can't find it.
It may be corrupted or it may be Malware. Do a Google / Yahoo search on the filename for more info.
Then, try using Start > Run and type in: msconfig to turn off one Start up App at a time and re-boot. When you find the problem program the error message won't appear.
Un-install the program and download again from a reputable web site if you really need to use it. When you re-install it, the problem should be solved.

It's part of a virus. Scan your PC and disinfect it.
