Instead of looking for specific healthy meals, try creating meals based on the USDA Food Pyramid. Information on what makes up healthy meals, portions, and provides proper nutrition is free at :http://www.mypyramid.gov/

You'll also find a diet plan, and a tracker with links to tools you can use to gauge you daily food intake and physical activity. This isn't a 'diet' site. It allows for ALL the food groups. You can even have occasional treats like ice cream. It's more about eating from all the food groups, getting proper nutrition, losing weight at a healthy rate, and making healthy eating plans you can actually live with because you never have to exclude the foods you love.

I use food.yahoo.com a lot when cooking low calorie and low fat meals. If you click on browse recipes they have a lot of choices to narrow your search. I use the low-calorie one and also if you look at recipes that come from Kraftfoods.com most of them are fairly low calorie. Hope this helps!
