my friend says that when she opens her therapy centre she will offer a few clients "extras" for cash...she disagrees with me that this is a form of prostitution! she thinks that as there is no penetration its of! what do you think?

Well, it would be considered prostitution, but I don't think there's anything wrong with it. I think prostitution should be legalized. It makes absolutely no sense to make it illegal to charge money for something that you are allowed to legally give away for free. Seems stupid to me.
If it was legalized, sex workers could be licensed by the state, and they would have periodic STD testing to maintain those licenses. Their income could also be taxed like everyone else's.

It is very common for massage therapists to provide release, even at top resorts and spas, and it usually means a bigger tip.
So long as she never explicitly offers that specifc service for a specific amount of money, she should be safe.
I think she could make alot more money of she didn't limit herself to a HJ...

she would just be massaging aother muscle in the man's body. in many cultures it's normal for this to occurr in massage parlors of all types. question is, is she offering the same service to women too?
