Well, it would be considered prostitution, but I don't think there's anything wrong with it. I think prostitution should be legalized. It makes absolutely no sense to make it illegal to charge money for something that you are allowed to legally give away for free. Seems stupid to me.
If it was legalized, sex workers could be licensed by the state, and they would have periodic STD testing to maintain those licenses. Their income could also be taxed like everyone else's.

It is very common for massage therapists to provide release, even at top resorts and spas, and it usually means a bigger tip.
So long as she never explicitly offers that specifc service for a specific amount of money, she should be safe.
I think she could make alot more money of she didn't limit herself to a HJ...
