hi, im dating this girl for abt 3 months now, we kissed many times before and it wus amazing, but now im not sure shld i start the sex talk, as a first step to having a sex. or wait longer, any way im 23 she's 18 (virgin), I knw if i talked abt sex she will like it and 99% will have sex with me. but i donno shld i do it or not, i mean i care for the girl , and its not that i only want sex . but Come'on i got needs u knw, so tell me ur opinion abt this , thanks.

If you care for her allow her to bring up the question. She is a virgin this is a preious thing. If that is all you want if her leave her alone. Talking about sex is important in any relationship, but allow her to make that first move into sexual contact.

Only have sex with her if you love her and at 3 months I'm not sure you do. Virginity is a precious thing, don't take it from her just because you feel you can.

You should talk to her, find out how she feels about moving the relationship to a sexual level. She might be up for it and she might not be. But it's her you need to talk to. If she shys away from the subject, just drop it, she's not ready yet.
