Only the passage of time... and you avoiding other trouble until it comes down...
It may take up to 3 yrs ...
There are things that vary from state to state too
Here in Idaho there are some classes you can take which will reduce the infractional points against your license..
Which in turn will reduce your insurance more quickly...
this is a drver safety and awareness class and here it would effect the speeding ticket and the lane change issue...
but nothing will effect having a vehicle lacking proper required parts in a functional order..
Be aware though you can't just do this and then go back to your old ways... oftenr there are limits on how many times you can take a class etc.

Technicaly they will never go away but the good thing is after I think 3-5 (depends on the state you are in) years they will get off the hot list in your record. Right now they are like neon signs and over time they will turn those signs off which you know you can still read a neon sign off but you will not notice it as much!. Keep your nose clean and you be free and clear!

Enroll in a Driver Safety class that is sponsored by the local school or police dept. and usually if you pass; send a copy of your completion record to the insurance company, they will usually drop your premiums a bit. Check with your insurance rep. to find out for sure.

Unfortunately, only time will repair it. Just don't get any more moving violations, and (depending on your area of course) they will drop off after 2 to 3 years.

In the US, the violations stay on your record for three years. If you have a commercial driver's license, a CDL, the violations stay on your record for ten years.
The only fix: don't have any accidents or moving violations for three years, then look for a reduction in premiums.

too late now to do anything except keep a clean record and wait for 3-4 years for the points to drop.
